Scattered-Neo is offering a FREE service allows your site, guild, shop, petpage or gallery to be advertised on our site.
You MUST apply to all the following rules.
1 You must alredy have made a 123 x 80 banner if you can't make one your self Neo-Faerie Wings has a fantastic banner maker just click HERE to use it.
(Please note that the banner maker is NOT property of S-N. We thank NFW for allowing us to link to there maker.)
We will not make you a banner so you must have one for us to use.
2 Make sure your image works! If it dose not work we will not advertise you...Simple.
3 All contents to whatever you are advertising MUST be G rated. We will check!
4 If you are advertising a guild you MUST be a member of that guild. If you are advertising a site you MUST be either owner or co-owner or we WILL NOT put your advertisement up.
Each advertisement will stand for one full week (7 days) and then the next ad on the waiting list will be put up.
Once your ad has been removed you may apply again but only one(1) advertisement per person/site/guild/shop/petpage/gallery per month.

If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, send in the form again.
If you would like to cancel your ad for any reason, please contact us and we will remove you from the list.
You will automatically be removed if:
You broke any of the above rules.
You are no longer a part of the site you applied for.
Your site/petpage no longer exists.
Your neopets account has been frozen or deleted.
You are no longer a member in the guild you wanted advertised.
Your shop/gallery has no items in it.
